All our products are handmade and each item is unique. Therefore, there might be slight variations between batches in terms of color, size, and shape. Products may also differ from one shipment to another. This is the exciting nature of handmade products!

With that being said, your satisfaction is our priority. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to us immediately at contact@plainsessence.com. We will assess the issue and take the necessary measures to address the issue. 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate cancellations before the order has shipped.

If your order is cancelled, your payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. It might take a few days for your bank to process your refund.
