Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Priority Mail transit time: 1 - 3 business days
Ground Advantage: 2 - 5 business days
International Shipping: Approximately 1 - 3 weeks

Processing Time
Our processing time is between 1 - 7 days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address Issues
If you provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@plainsessence.com. If the order has not shipped, we should be able to fix this issue. However, if it has shipped we are unable to make any changes.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please contact us at contact@plainsessence.com. We can either refund your order or ship it again, if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If your address is invalid or non-existent at the time of shipment, we will attempt to contact you for an updated address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, it will result in an automatic cancellation of your order.

Combining Multiple Orders
We will automatically combine all orders placed under the same name and shipping address. If you would prefer your order to be shipped separately, please reach out to us at contact@plainsessence.com.
